Egypt Gas Reaches Profits of LE 84.6M During 2020

Egypt Gas recorded a decline in its profits during 2020 by 48.7 percent, reaching LE 84.632 million, compared to LE 164.95 million in 2019.

Its financial indicators revealed that the company reached revenues of LE 4.002 billion in 2020, compared to LE 3.75 billion during the prior year. 

During the first nine months of 2020, the company registered profits of LE 9.07 million, compared to LE 27.812 million in the same period of 2019. 

Egypt Gas was established in September 1983 and listed on the Egyptian Exchange in April 1992. It operates within the gas utilities sector focusing on utilities. 

It has subsidiaries operating across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Germany and Canada.
