Khalda Petroleum Co. puts two new wells on production, with investments of $6 million

Khalda Petroleum Company has put the new wells "deep Khbari 5" and "mghr 14" on production at a rate of 4,500 barrels per day. 

The deep well "Khbari 5" is located in the Khubri region, while the second well, "mghr 14" , is located in the Abu Gharaidiq area, and the cost of the two wells reached about $6 million.

Petrojet also started the implementation of the second line, Barakat Deep 2, with investments of $1.4 million, and it is expected that the implementation will be completed during next July.

It is worth noting that Khalda's production has now reached 117 thousand oil barrels per day, 21 thousand barrels condensate and 680 million cubic feet of gas.
