New Leadership Changes in Major Petroleum Sector Firms

Engineer Karim Badawi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, has announced a strategic reshuffle, adjusting roles within the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) and several major entities in the petroleum sector.

The following leaders have been appointed:


- Engineer Abdel Nasser Abdel Rahman Sayed Khafaji, named as Vice President for Production and Board Member of Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS).


- Geologist Ibrahim Ibrahim Mohamed, appointed as Vice President for Exploration and Board Member of Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS).


- Engineer Nabil Salah Gaber Ansar, appointed as Chairman of Aml Petroleum Company.


- Geologist Abdel Hamid Hussein Mohamed Hebeili, appointed as Chairman of Desouk Petroleum Company (PetroDesouk).


- Engineer Mohamed Roshdy Galal Mahmoud, named Chairman of Desouk Petroleum Company (Desouco).
